Max Monroe. Need I say more? Okay, I will. They write hilarious romances. They are steamy and funny, sometimes angsty. They could literally hand me a book and say, we are releasing it tomorrow, read it?” My response will ALWAYS be “YES!!” No matter what they write, it is always pure entertainment.
Full review to come on Tuesday.
First, hate. Then, want. But in the end? Heartbreak.
My celebrity life was supposed to be easy, and this movie was the biggest break of my career. But from the moment Officer Levi Fox gave me a speeding ticket on my way into town, he’s been nothing but a thorn in my side.
Dominant. Cocky. Callous.
Midnight blue eyes, a bad attitude, and muscles for days, he’s exactly the kind of man I should avoid.
But as the Cold, Montana Police Department’s official movie liaison, he’s taken up a permanent place in my life that I can’t shake.
We fight. A lot.
Then, we kiss—and my carefully crafted hate toward him no longer feels so much like hate.
But how often do alpha-jerks cushion the landing?
Note: Levi and Ivy’s story will continue in Book Two—Cold.

This is my first Jewel E. Ann book, and I am going to need someone to hold me (I’m looking at you, Tricia). I have promoted her books for some time, and I always hear rave reviews about her books. I’ve been told by so many of my readers that I have to read any book she writes, so here I am diving in (like right now). If I have puffy eyes and look like a zombie for my first day back to work from maternity leave, I’m blaming Jewel (and maybe Tricia).

“In another life, she was my forever.”
An unexpected tragedy leaves Professor Nathaniel Hunt a widower alone with a newborn baby.
He hires a nanny. She’s young, but well-qualified, with a simple life, a crazy name obsession, and a boyfriend she met at the grocery store.
Over time, he discovers she knows things about him—things that happened before she was born—like a hidden scar on his head, his favorite pizza, and how he cheated on a high school Spanish test.
She speaks familiar words and shares haunting memories that take him back to over two decades earlier when he lost his best friend in a tragic accident.
“I’m afraid of what’s going to happen when you realize I’m not her.”
Transcend is a sexy, mind-bending journey that uncovers possibilities, challenges beliefs, and begets the age-old question: is there life after death?
OMG! This book! Meghan March is going to be setting the romance world on fire with Savage Prince! I guarantee you that this book will be responsible for sleepless nights, for epic book hangovers, and death by cliff-hanger. Would you expect anything less from her? No. Me either.
Full review to come on Wednesday.
Who knew things could get even darker and dirtier in New Orleans? New York Times bestselling author Meghan March introduces the Savage Prince of the city, the man you never want to meet.
I do what I want and who I want. I don’t follow anyone’s rules—even my own.
I knew I shouldn’t touch her, but it didn’t stop me.
Didn’t stop me the second time either. Only made me want a third.
My lifestyle suits the savage I am, and she doesn’t.
But Temperance Ransom is my newest addiction, and I’m nowhere near ready to quit her yet.
I’ll have her my way, even if it means dragging her into the darkness.
Hopefully it doesn’t kill us both.
Savage Prince is book one of the Savage Trilogy, set in the same world as Ruthless King, however you do not need to read the Mount Trilogy to devour this scandalously hot new story.

Reasons to read this book. Jay Crownover wrote it. Look at the cover. I mean it is hot! Then take a look at that synopsis. This book seems like it was made for my type of romance. Angsty. Hate to love story line. Gah! Total perfection.

About RECOVERED (Coming 3/27/18):
It was hate at first sight…
I hated Cable James McCaffrey.
He was entitled, spoiled, a user…and an addict.
He was out of control and didn’t bother trying to hide it.
He had everything anyone could want but still seemed miserable and lost.
Every move he made, every mistake he stumbled his way through, rubbed me the wrong way. However, I couldn’t stop myself from trying to save him from himself when no one else would. In the sweltering heat of the summer, Cable taught me that having it all means nothing if you can’t have the one thing you want more than anything else.
I was obsessed with Affton Reed.
She was rigid, uptight, and no fun. There was something about her innate goodness that called to me.
She acted like she was above all the normal faults and failures that clung to the rest of us like the scent of smoke after a fire.
I was infatuated with her, but that didn’t stop me from acting like she didn’t exist.
In the scorching heat of summer, Affton taught me that there is always a way back from the brink of despair. She showed me that the trick to having it all was realizing that it was already there, in my hands. All I had to do was hold onto it.
The road to recovery is full of twists and turns no matter who is in the driver’s seat.

This is another new-to-me author. One of my favorite blogger friends asked me to read one of her books, so when this crossed my path, I jumped all over it. Read the synopsis, you will understand why. It just sounds PHENOMENAL! I cannot wait to dive in. It is going to give me just what I need when I need a break from my first week back at work.
Full review to come Thursday.
Greyson Ratcliffe. I met him at sixteen, the hot new guy sitting on my jetty, an aspiring artist just passing through. He was my first kiss and my first love. I wanted forever with him. I didn’t even get a year.
Five years later, I’m a budding writer who scripts stories of love and struggle, the good and the bad and the ups and the downs. He’s a star on the rise; his wicked talent and crazy good looks have his face plastered on countless magazines. We move in two different worlds and still our paths cross again. We’re older and wiser and as crazy about each other as we had been as teenagers.
My medium is words and my imagination is limitless, but not even I could have written the incredible journey we traveled to reach our happily-ever-after. Life isn’t like fiction, and the greatest love stories don’t follow a script.
