virtually impossible My musings…

 4 CROWNS

Dirty Fairytales are the best!  This book is so well-written, and her modernization of the fairytales, in this case, Sleeping Beauty, is unique and refreshing.  The overall message of waking up and living your life is simply fantastic!

4.5 CROWNS

Hot, Dirty, and Angsty! Filthy English is the second stand-alone in a series and is modernization of Romeo and Juliet.  What I loved most about this book is all the allusions to the play.  The chemistry between Dax and Remi is very explosive, and I truly enjoyed watching their story

 5+ CROWNS
There are so many wonderful comments I want to make about this novel.  It is beautifully written, and the ideas expressed, such as racism, pressures of football, etc., by Ginger Scott is pure gold.  Nico is a great hero, and I absolutely loved watching the slow-burn of this YA.

5+ CROWNS
I absolutely loved this M/M book!  The characters are fantastic, and their story is something special.  The only word to describe it is magical!  It is just pure magic.  It does end in a cliff-hanger, and the second book Locked Down is coming in August!

all the rage My musings…
4 CROWNS
Dark Romance at its best!  Rage is an assassin, and Nolan is not who you think he is.  This story is violent, but at its core is a girl who just wants to be accepted for the rage inside her, and Nolan is just the man to do it.  This book has action, hot sex, and lots of violence.  If you haven’t read any of T.M. Frazier’s books, you can read this as a stand-alone, but Rage appears in the previous 2 books.

steadfast My musings…
5 CROWNS
Second chance romance at its best! I have read and loved every single story written by Sarina Bowen.  Her writing is flawless, and her use of imagery creates vivid pictures for the reader.  What I loved most about this one is the mystery that comes along with he second-chance romance.  I never ever saw the end coming, and I love when a writer can surprise me!

5+ CROWNS
This book is still with me after all this time!  Stone and Willow just pull at your heartstrings.  Mandi Beck has crafted a beautiful second chance romance that truly shows the devastating affects of drug addiction.  What I love most though is the story of redemption.  This is one of my all-time favorite rock-star romances.

Anything But MinotSmall-logo-small-jpeg My musings…
4.5 CROWNS
Funny and Sweet!  This book will have you laughing and swooning.  This was my first novel by Kate Stewart, and it certainly won’t be my last.  I loved the humor, the characters, the plot, and the writing.  Truly a fantastic romantic comedy!

bloodtodustSmall-logo-small-jpeg My musings…
4.5 CROWNS
Crazy ride!  From the beginning of this book, the reader is on this action packed journey of revenge.  There is violence, vengeance, and budding love, and I adored every single minute of watching Beat and Pea fall in love and destroy those who have harmed Her.  This was my first book by L.J. Shen, and I immediately went out and bought more when I was finished.  It truly is a fantastic dark romance!

stroked My musings…
4.5 CROWNS
Hilarious!  Meghan Quinn is always a guaranteed hilarious romantic comedy.  Stroked is another solid hit by Meghan Quinn.  It is sweet, romantic, hot, and hilarious.  All the attributes of a fantastic book, and what I have come to expect from this fabulous author!

bossman My musings…
5 CROWNS
My love affair with Vi Keeland began late one night as I stumbled upon Throb, and it has only been strengthened with each novel I have read by her.  I can always count on good characters, an interesting plot, and excellent writing, and Bossman did not disappoint.

 anythingbutlove My musings…
4 CROWNS
Overall, this story is a good read, but it could be a phenomenal read for you.  The writing is good, the characters are enjoyable, and the reader will fall in love with the cast of secondary characters.  I personally just did not connect with the characters as a couple, but every reader is different.  If you love a small town romantic comedy, Daisy Prescott’s writing alone would warrant giving Anything but Love a try.

Wicked Mafia Prince Ebook Cover My musings…
5 CROWNS
I am just in love with this series!  Wicked Mafia Prince continues the story of Viktor and Aleksio, as they try to locate their brother, Kiro, reclaim their empire, all while navigating love.  To be fair, I knew I was going to love this story, even as I read Dark Mafia Prince.  The reader meets Viktor, and it is clear that he is damaged and volatile, which only makes him more intriguing.  From the time I put down Aleksio’s story, I was eagerly awaiting Viktor’s, and I wasn’t disappointed!

unbridled My musings…
3 CROWNS
Overall, this story was good.  The author has an engaging story here, there are just some aspects of it that did not speak to me as a reader.  I would still, however, pick up another book by her, as the Monroe family and additional members, Shriller, Jax, and Alex, are interesting too.

provocative My musings…
5 CROWNS
Rip. Tear. Shred.  This is how my heart felt reading this book.  Watching Adele and Nathan fall apart was agony, completely and utterly soul destroying.  This story, these words are exactly how an author should make a reader feel.

I bought this book the day it released, but then it sat neglected on my Kindle. I know it was wrong, and I apologize, because I had no idea what I was missing. This book is an absolute gem! I loved every single thing about it: great characters, engaging plot, and superb writing.
