Dash Volume 1

4 Broken Heart Crowns

Welp Shantel has destroyed me heart and soul. I was not prepared for the destruction that my world was going to be submitted too, but here I am lost and wondering where do I go from here.

I loved Dash and Tabatha these two were amazing together. Their banter was on point and really showed the connection that they had. But I have to admit there were times that I wanted to reach into the book and shake some sense into this girl. But considering what she has gone through it makes sense to a  point. There were also times throughout the book that the plot seemed to get a muddled along the way.

But that ending….. Damn let me tell you that last bit of the book really amplified this for me. I did not anticipate this ending at all. And I’m still sitting here reeling from it day’s later. This is not a normal Shantel book for me, usually her books or at least the ones I’ve read of late are darker and more gritty. I’d say this one is more insta-love, heavy on the steam and angst. So, if you’re in the market for a quick read that is filled with tons of heat and all the angst your heart could possibly need then this book is for you.

  1. I haven’t read this author yet and this sounds like a perfect start.
